Pier Sixty-Six Topping Off

On January 27, 2023, Pier Sixty-Six commemorated a major milestone in the property’s reinvention with the topping off of the new resort building and residences. The topping off ceremony recognized the work of more than 1,000 people across more than 100 companies currently working on the project and featured remarks from the construction teams and State Rep. Chip La Marca. Scheduled to debut in 2024, Pier Sixty-Six’s redevelopment will have created a local economic impact of $924 million and 5,100 jobs by that time.
